I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in had a breathtaking view of the lake, which was a highlight of my stay. The basic amenities provided were sufficient and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's central location in the heart of the town made it convenient for exploring all the nearby attractions.
No improvements needed, everything was excellent.

The hotel had an amazing view of the Andes Mountain, which was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and their service was phenomenal. The rooms were well furnished and very comfortable, which made our stay even better. The proximity of the hotel to the city centre and surrounding attractions was a huge advantage, making it easy for us to explore the city and all it has to offer.
The breakfast options were limited, which was a bit disappointing. The Wi-Fi signal around the hotel was not the strongest, which made it difficult to connect to.

Great Location and view from the terrace. the room was comfortable with good pillows, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was not great, and the internet was spotty. the bathroom door did not open fully, and the check-in process was long.
